Get to know the right people at Business Arena Stockholm

The secret behind a successful business is often about getting to know the right people. If you are a property investor and interested in Sweden and Stockholm, Business Arena is the place to be. At our English speaking Investment seminars on Wednesday and Thursday, September 19th and 20th, you will be likely to meet everyone you need to know to do business in the region.

Among the speakers:

Alasdair Ross, Editor, The Economist
Prior to joining the Economist, Alasdair Ross worked as a business journalist in Latin America, and has worked for major national newspapers. Alasdair Ross is a specialist in global economic, political and business trends and holds a Master’s degree in Economics. At Business Arena Stockholm he participates in one of the parallell opening sessions on Wednesday as a key note speaker.

Ulrika Lindmark, Head of Valuation & Strategic Analysis, Newsec Advisory in Sweden
Ulrika Lindmark has a long experience of working within analysis and valuation of the property market in the Nordics, and has become a well-known name in the sector. She holds a degree in Urban Development from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has been working at Newsec for more than 10 years. At Business Arena Stockholm she participates in the English speaking seminar on Thursday, “Still going strong – the Swedish direct market”.

Håvard Bjorå, FRICS, Head of Research Nordics, Cushman & Wakefield
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Håvard Bjorå worked at MSCI where he was responsible for the Nordic client base. He has a long experience of analysis and research of Nordic, European and global investors. Håvard Bjorå is currently head of research for the Nordic region at Cushman & Wakefield. At Business Arena Stockholm he participates in the English speaking seminar on Thursday, “Five capitals – one market?”.

Souad Cherfouh, European Research Analyst, Aviva Investors
At Aviva Investors, Souad Cherfouh’s primary focus is Europe. Prior to joining Aviva, she worked as an Economist in the Research team at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Souad holds a PhD in Economics and a Masters’s Degree in Financial Economics from the University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne. At Business Arena Stockholm she participates in session Z about metropolisation, ”Metropolisation: How does it affect investment strategy?”.
