Over the past few years, Europe has gone through a period of destabilisation. Some European countries are still experiencing the ripple effect of the financial crisis and the Brexit debacle has created a divide larger than the English Channel. In Germany, the question of succession is unsolved and Emmanuel Macron has lost momentum domestically. Is Finland able to act as a stabiliser in our divided part of the world?
