Knowledge of local conditions is generally the key to success in virtually all business areas, and especially so when it comes to real estate. If you are interested in property in Sweden and Stockholm, don’t miss the opportunity to visit our English-speaking Investment seminars at Business Arena Stockholm on September 20th and 21st.
Investment seminars in English
On Wednesday, September 20th, we present the seminar “Sweden and the Nordics – low risk and high returns”, which gives you a comprehensive overview over the big picture of the Swedish economy and an introduction to the real estate sector in the Nordics. Among the speakers is Louis Landeman, Head of Credit Analysis at Danske Bank Markets and one of Sweden’s top experts on the Swedish bond market.
On Thursday September 21st, the seminar “The Swedish and Nordic markets: Why to invest there?” will follow, introducing you to who-is-who in the Nordic and Swedish markets, and most importantly, why you should invest in the Nordics. Among the speakers you will find Mr Max Barclay, Managing Director at Newsec Sweden, a veteran of Swedish real estate market, who will share his knowledge of the Swedish market.
In addition some English-speaking speakers will take part in the regular seminar programme as well. The perhaps most prominent example is world famous British economist Mr Martin Wolf, Chief Economics commentator at the Financial Times in London, who will give us a guided tour of the global economy. On Wednesday September 20th, the macro seminar and investment seminar will start with a joint session and thus Martin Wolf also participates in Wednesday’s investment seminar.
Welcome to listen to briefings on the Swedish economy, the development in the capital Stockholm, foreign investors and possibilities on the property market of some of the most distinguished experts in the area.
